Visit portal.guitarninjas.com and login.

Username and Password are the student’s first and last name without spaces. (i.e joesmith) and click on the schedule icon

Click on the student’s name on the day you would like to cancel. Lesson cancellations must be made by 9 am of the lesson day.

Simply click on the icon to reschedule and our makeup calendar will appear. Please note that all of our teachers can teach the GN program if your instructor does not have an opening.

Choose from any of our available makeup times and click on that time! You will be prompted to a screen that reads “reschedule”, click it to confirm and you’re all set! We will see it on our end!
