What is my portal login?

a. Your Username and Password are always the student's first and last name, all one-word and lowercase. 

Example:

Username: jimihendrix (firstnamelastname)

Password: jimihendrix (firstnamelastname)

What is the Zoom link for my online lesson?

a. How to join a Zoom Lesson:

  1. Log into your portal account at portal.guitarninjas.com on Safari, Google, or any web browser

  2. Click on the calendar icon in the top right side of the screen and then click on the current date of your lesson

  3. The current date must be selected in order to connect with the correct instructor

  4. Click Join Zoom Lesson and wait for your instructor to open the zoom room!

I’m running late or can’t make my lesson. How do I let my instructor know?

a. You can shoot us a quick email at contact@guitarninjas.com and we will let the instructor know.

What is the Guitar Ninjas address?

a. all addresses are found at the bottom of our home page: guitarninjas.com

How do I reschedule my lesson?

a. Simply log into your portal account, click on the schedule schedule, click on your lesson day and then click “cancel lesson”. Lessons must be canceled by 9:00am the day of the lesson (7:00 pm the night before for Saturday lessons) in order to receive a makeup lesson.

From there follow the directions on the screen to schedule your makeup lesson.

I don’t see any makeup times available, what do I do?

a.If you do not see any makeup times available please message us at scheduling@guitarninjas.com and we will look for available times!

How do I update my billing information?

Do I need my own instrument for my lesson?

a.Students are able to use school instruments while on campus but are unable to take them home.
